The previous chapters were good, why is this one such a mess? I appreciate the TL but it has a lot of errors as pointed out by others in the comments.

We all think the translated pronouns are screwed up, but what if, and I mean WHAT IF, this is a publication mistake that got translated. Translations groups usually make a TL note if the source was wrong or backwards.
In the past I have bought published works with typos and bad grammar.
