At this point I feel like she actually has a medical condition like dwarfism than just because the mangaka drew her with tiny physique because its cute.

@etriuswimbleton Doesn't have to be dwarfism, which also displays other physical traits. I've actually had 2 different classmates, one in middle school and one in high school, that were like this. For one I know for a fact that she did have some hormone problem. The growth hormone thing. No idea of the other one.
But really, it wasn't a big deal. She was short, very short, and mostly flat. Which did have some psychological impact in her, poor girl. But my point is, it's not THAT rare to have a tiny girl...
