I stg people like this are why things like transphobia still exist lol. Literally shitting on someone without even trying to understand why they behave or view things in a certain way. Is her trauma an excuse to be an awful mother and transphobe? No. But just writing her off as prejudiced for no reason is as just bad as transphobes who write off trans people as "just pretending" or "doing it for attention". Finding out that her Father was lying to her mother to go out and cross-dress would be a bit of a shock to most people, let alone a teenage girl in Japan (one of the more conservative countries out there where social status means quite a bit more than most places) and so you can at least understand why she might have issues with the way Makoto is. Again, does this make her right? Hell no, but you are allowed to understand why someone does things while also disagreeing with them. Hating something that you don't understand is just Bigotry.
