Sadly this is the whole appeal of this kind of manga. The characters slowly going further and further, so it keeps up the tension, but nerver seals the deal by going all the way. Same reason why it's ntr baiting so hard. Also if any sex is going to happen between sensei and the girls, it will be at the end of the manga.
