the guy now has 2 adult women already in love with him and his students are falling for him too so...this delusion nonsense is kind of pointless. If I was a mangaka, I would just focus more on the actual romantic development and drama between all the women in this harem than just draw delusions after delusions. usually for this kind of manga if its 90% delusion its because the MC is FAR OFF from even having ANY relationship to any women in the story. but he already has so what is the point????
