Eren The Southpaw is just one of the example series get nuked by DMCA but getting a new updates again (but still no reupload on the old/deleted chapters). There are several manga who also get a new chapters after getting nuked but still no reupload though.

MD won't delete it unless there will be a DMCA requests again and wont ban you because of that.
