It's actually EVEN WORSE, cause the nurse guy literally told his sister they're dating. That's not flirting, and being oblivious doesn't cut it.

See, Yamato reading the room ability went really bad lately.
Sayumi is getting really, really close and showing too much affection in front of Kadokura.
Sensei lately got too much worried about her age and age difference between Yamato and her, instead being open with her problem towards him which is her trait she needs to work on.

It's Yamato fault at 70%, he does know Kadokura is jealous but went a bit too overboard with being unintentionally affectionate during the sports festival.
Kadokura is 30% a reason for situation, should just say Sayumi is getting close to him and what is his point of view of her to him but is too shy to say anything...
