@Polo Just like madoka masturbates while drawing, we masturbate while translating, and since we're all pretty fast to come ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°), we can only work on it for so long before getting blue balls.

It's mostly because all of us working on this are busy at the weirdest of times, so when one of us is free, the others are busy and as a result the chapters come out at a slug's pace.
Actually we're just lazy.
To answer your question though, yeah, most translations are usually behind the raws. Of course there's a lot of TL that are caught up with the raws, but most of the manga you'll see is behind.
