So, with regards to whether or not this is a different person, the sparse dialogue makes this unclear. Aside from flipping between the pages and doing a spot-the-difference, as
@pip25 pointed out, reading over the last box panel,
on page 6 which reads
ๆ้ทใใใใฆใชใใใใตใใงๆช็ใชไฝใฎ็ทใๆณๅใใใ
which I translated as
...causes one to imagine the lines of his still-growing immature body.
It's likely my phrasing is incorrect here (I had trouble parsing ๆ้ทใใใใฆใชใใใใตใใง) but "ๆณๅ/imagine" would imply that she hasn't actually seen his body yet.
Of course this could just be expressing her fascination with the boy in question rather than her inexperience with him.
Her statement when she lets her hair down
ๅฝผใๆใซๅ
ฅใๅพๆใๅใก่ชใใใ
which I translated as
...I want to seize, conquer, triumph over him.
says to me that he's a object of conquest more than anything.
But how quickly the two approach each other at the end of the chapter also says to me that something's been going on between them for some time, otherwise he wouldn't be so aloof about it. Or it could be that he's just that calm of a person, or that either one of them has a reputation.
TBH this was a pretty hard one to translate. I rely on context for the most part to make up for my lack of Japanese knowledge, but this was pretty sparse.
