I definitely understand not wanting to lose the special person you’ve found, but I still think he’s a bit too young for Kanefumi. Still, it was very sweet.

To those dropping this series over this completely tame chapter, that’s some hardcore fragility. Yikes lol.

I tried to like this arc, but it's boring. Gonna wait for the 4th boy.

Huh, they’re progressing pretty smoothly. So far I see them actually working out.

…Until they hinted at an Age Gap! SHUT IT DOWN.
Would there be that much of an age gap? It feels like they’d be similar in age but other than hooking up it’s not like it’s like a ten year difference or so

Thanks for chap

Wonder if someone will pick up the authors other series on here it’s much more lighthearted tho

Cute, tho if this wasn’t from this series as opposed to a more common bl story I’d think he’d be clinging outta desperation, a bit rash but he is a teen , feels like it’d be easier to just enjoy spending time together PDA aside

It's the other boy that may be older.

He's a japanese man and looks pretty feminime. He could easily be mid 30s.
he's a college student. Doesn't mean he couldn't be 30, there's college students of all ages, but normally in manga they're in their early 20s if theyre not like a freshman at 18/19

Manga tropes makes it seem Japan doesn't think it's a problem when college students date highschoolers though. If anything, to highschoolers, it's "cool" to have a college bf/gf

I mean, that’s basically how it is everywhere, high schoolers bragging about their college bf/gf is a mark of pride culturally. The sentiment against it is extremely recent and honestly pretty small.

he gonna end up being like 35 lol

i feel like at your 30s they'd be more further along to dealing with their problems unless they just realized they were gay /this/ year but i feel like even if he wasn't aware of an exact age i don't think Asahi would come off seeming like 21 or so but the author said this arc was gonna be 'lighter'(?) so it'll prolly be a happy ending and not some huge age gap twist (maybe b/c he's shorter i kinda expected him to be younger or the same age), tho while it might work out in animanga i think it'd be better for them to be friends than some codependent romantic relationship and not wanting it to end/be apart
