Everybody keeps calling this the Boys, but this is just edgy tokusatsu manga. Leo is 1000% more heroic than pretty much most heroes if not all heroes from the Boys (Comic Tech Knight is an exception poor guy not sure why they made his TV version a racist). Leo cheats on his wife to save lives, its fucked but these monsters do not give a fuck.
