There's also the fact that Onimai has never stooped so low as to actually draw a close-up shot of anyone's crotch while they're doing the deed, much less devote an entire page to it, and the fact that the MC is actively fetishizing peeing/having peed herself as a girl throughout the whole chapter. This chapter really does just immediately go full degen on the concept in a way that I don't think even Nekotoufu would touch with a ten-foot pole.
