Making her goth kinda just automatically accomplishes that in a way I never would have imagined.

The problem is always The First.
They immediately gave him their "Arts" the moment The First compromised and allowed his 1st stage to be learned.
I will have you know that The First and The Fourth are the only buff-type "Art" in the jewel. And the 4th's only buffs agility while the 1st's buffs EVERYTHING, which was why it was so important to get the yes from him before thinking about learning other Arts.

Just found out this had a manga, and it's fun revisiting the story. Don't care for Lyle's face though. I prefer his old, more slim design. Makes him look weaker
