not exactly an original premise but the artstyle is cute. although even for romance manga standards the guy is extremely dense.

I just saw this while scrolling twitter and was so confused I had to check any discussion thread I could find, because WTF? I barely follow this series but have seen it, and this is so out of left field it feels like ragebait from the author. I have no clue what they're thinking drawing and posting this.

The author is a genuine retard lmao. Lost half of their Japanese readers in one tweet. You don't introduce a what if (B) in a pure love story with this art style 😂😂😂

Have no clue what the author was thinking when making that post, but it did make me lose interest in the manga.

The damage control is just posting another strip they already made before, isn’t it?
Don’t understand all the wrath though.
That kind of ending is still realistic, and not like it goes ntr.
Not everyone wants realism with manga, especially ones like this that regularly promotes the two as a couple. The author was just really tone deaf.
