I just realized. Sen is his Wife and Mother. In my opinion, saying Wife and mother implies that she is his wife first and also acts as a mother figure (takes care of him). But on page 10, she introduces him as "Son and..." (assuming she was trying to say Son and Husband). This is where things a bit weird for me. He is a son first and husbands second, implying that she married her son.
Now in previous chapters, we get flashbacks of his ancestor or previous life (we don't know which yet). If it is his ancestor's flashback then it cements my previous paragraph that this needs an incest tag on it and would explain the Son/Mother part (albeit in a different way). Hopefully, I'm wrong and the flashbacks are to a previous life and this is a nice fluffy romance that transcends life and death.
Really gets me weirded out thinking about the possibility of incest.
