Saino should've suspected Akitsu when he planned to manipulate Natsuno into doing the lewd. Natsuno-san is highly dear to Akitsu-san, and assuming her behavior towards Saino so far... there is currently no ceiling to the level of protection (and surveillance) Akitsu is willing to perform for the sake of her lifelong BFF.
As a male, Saino-kun, luring a girl into your home when you're living by yourself is sus by default. The windows were way too large and you didn't even bother to use a curtain when you brainwashed Natsuno-san into schlopping your already-polygamous sausage.
My suspicions on Akitsu-san were confirmed at the last panel. Who knows how much she has seen, adding to that his lack of self-preservation in the midst of immoral activity? Even I would've seen that sht from the street by accident 💢
