Yes original ending, WN was deleted by author but never finished, and LN still not ending, the manga went original at around chapter 20

Ending was alright, important part for me is that it actually got a conclusion and proper ending, unlike the LN that is just going aimlessly, LN volume 2 even added a 5th female for whatever reason
