The comments are making my head spin. Partly because of the ridiculously moralistic tone, like the commenters are a bunch of fundie preachers or something. But partly because of the bizarre level of cultural difference in just 35 years. This is a 1985 manga--a time when the widespread sexualizing of lolis (aka little kids) was basically unknown and would have been considered totally gross, same going double for traps, who are mostly small and shota-ish before you even fiddle with their apparent gender.
Nowadays for a big set of manga readers, that's just normal but plain old promiscuity is some kind of horrifying revelation. It's a weirdly sealed in culture, like people are utterly unaware that their ideas about morality are so far from universal that if you take one step outside particular groups or the very specific time it changes a lot.

Gross what she does with the kid, otherwise it's pretty much boomer humor. Surprised by the comments about "degeneracy" though, especially since they seem serious. This is a manga site, there are literal "loli" and "shota" tags, this is pretty tame compared to other things in that regard. As far as her showing her self off and sucking dick to get out of a bill, it's comedy, it's not meant to be taken seriously or be a model for others to live by. I don't think it's good comedy, but that's the context that it exists in.
