okay, it may sound like wishful thinking but if the manga is ever adapted, I'm damn sure to watch the English dub as English dub arguably have the best accents on actors out there. German Italian Argentinian French Japanese Mandarin

Hmm, interesting premise to say the least.
Probably best to not look at it too critically or literally based any real history and only as a rough base of inspiration for the characters.

It could actually be interesting story if the author didn't completely removed characters original personality and know something about their history.
