Absolutely, at only chapter 6 this is just a hope spot, it's clear they've not sorted out their feelings. One of the two will run away from the ceremony or even before that, more likely it's her, after which they have an arc coming to terms with their true feelings. No way the author isn't taking advantage of such a development, unless it was axed...
