I think the title is very simple and straight forward to the core point of the story. although it feels a bit misleading, because it's implied that Kasumi building her own harem. the "get girls every day" bit can be means that she gets new girls for herself every day. the reality is that she reject one girl (Saki), Iku confused whether she still like Kyouko or going after Kasumi and the nurse is holding herself back to not going after Kasumi too. maybe this will be changed in the future story? the only one girl who can be seen as Kasumi's gf is just Kyouko, so this isn't harem at all lolz
