I should clarify what I meant: getting a haircut that doesn't drastically change your hair doesn't make sense to me. I'd not get a haircut in the first place.

What would be your reason (if you know why people do it)?
Does the barber style the hair, treat it in some way, do extensions/implants, or something else that isn't immediately noticeable? I've never gone to the barber for a haircut, so I don't really know myself.
