Does clitoris even has skin? That could be molted?
Of course. Both in reptile and human biology they have skin. Highly, highly sensitive skin with a lot of nerve endings at that. (The human clitoris has up to over 8,000 nerve endings - more than in the human penis.) The problem is that with many reptiles is that their sexual organs, the hemipenis or hemiclitores, are kept inside and engorge and come out when sexually aroused. And, yes, squamata order (reptilian order having snakes and lizards) have multiple penis-like objects. And I HIGHLY recommend you never look up photos of what they look like, unless you want to be horrified and mentally scarred. Seriously, don't.
But given that she's mostly human (except for the eyes and skin) and says as much, I'm guessing that she's mostly like a human female, anatomically. Although there is the chance she has multiple clitorises and/or a cloaca.
