@maelstroon Since they didn't die of dehydration while she was getting bored (and burning panties) I think it's safe to say that their physical needs are cared for by the magical sleep.

Whether they age or not is another question, but seeing as how they don't seem to have hair growth, I'm thinking they're pretty much in stasis. (Meaning they won't get sick from being exposed to the elements, or just exposed in general.)

With this many caveats though, it'd be easier to make a spell that threw the boy into a coma where he would dream of a world like this, than actually make the world like this, I'm just saying. XD
