I get the feeling the 9th Prince isn't as disabled as they said. I feel like it might be a ruse, a foolery of sorts.

@WoodyCyber Yeah, I agree. The only problem is that imperial physician guy. He did say that the prince is impotent. Has he been bought? Or did the prince take some drugs?

She took money from Shen shi and gave it to her little sisters in a way that prevents Chenyu from getting any, and protests would cause them to lose face and seem shameless in front of the head. Chenyu is definitely a snake as she is only concerned for improving herself and her mother even at the expense of her blood related sisters, and mixes venomous barbs in her seemingly compassionate and empathetic words. Like first pointing out the prince is crippled before saying he'll likely dote on MC so the idiot grandmother and servants will think she's compassionate while unconsciously mulling over the venom in her words. As for the prince, seems he's taking a liking to the MC, a dislike to the family, and is paying her back for the mountain while laying a claim to her.
