Too much "love, friendship, peace" with manhwas like these. We need something realistic, with a girl with an actual brain. The pleasure of seeing her crush her enemies is fantastic.

Seems like Shensui really thinks her position allows her to get away with almost anything and squelch any complaints. Not only selling fake medicine (which at best would do nothing and poison or worsen/kill the patient at worst,) but fake antiques. Probably thought could squash any complaining customers as they'd all have positions beneath hers and never expected the prince to stop by. He probably bought it because knew it was a fake, presented it to his mother to increase the crime while telling her about her future daughter in law and how much he likes her. As for Shensui, she could be jailed and tortured for as long as the prince wants due to not only selling a known forgery, but selling it to the imperial family as well. The seller probably sold it to one of the prince's servants not realizing it was for the prince and seems to be under the false impression that being under orders absolves him of all responsibilities of his crime.
Btw, what happened to elder brother? Last saw he was whipped and family begging for mercy on his behalf. Also, Chenyu finally got a comment about her personality as LN describes her as the most beautiful girl in the city outside the Imperial family.
