Jinzhen was the maid who delivered the aphrodisiac to Feng and was discovered in bed with him.

In the LN she faked being a virgin, became the newest concubine, and met with MC to have an abortion. Seems the lad she had dallied with and lost her shoe was the one who made her pregnant so needed to abort the child to avoid suspicion if child didn't look like her or Feng and was born healthy despite not being long enough to come to full term if Feng was the father. Following MC's plan she thanked Shenshi for bringing her the opportunity for happiness and took the abortion pill as soon as Shenshi broker through the door between them. Thus making it appear that the beating Shenshi gave her caused her to miscarry Feng's son. The real father's identity has lots of implications that the MC can make use of, and will tell who he is later.
