not sure if you understand the plot or not, but the reason why she encounters all these scumbags is because they pissed off someone to the point of hiring her.

It's the climax to a lot of build up, but even if it's been spoiled everywhere, in context, it's perfect every time and will give you goosebumps from the rising cheering in the background to the increasing tension of Arthur's mental instability
