She's basically trying to mentally overload Philo into obeying her.

And the last part was less "you don't want to take away his hard-earned happiness do you?" and more "I'm gonna fucking kill him right now unless you obey me, which you don't want to be responsible for, do you?" The thing about his happiness being cut short is more guilt-tripping her into being obedient because she's a sadistic fuck.

Her plan is just that she wants to take away everyone's happiness, for whatever reason. And her mental problem is that she likes to torment people she's interested in.

It's all so tiresome. This manga fell off hard the moment it deviated from "boy and clumsy merchant girl have dumb adventures."
