There is a high chance that the anime can cover atleast 5 or even all 7 volume the story have rn, if we take each vllume for 1,2 episode (except volume 2 would be atleast 3) same for volume 5

Yes, i would predict that 6 chapters can be covered in 1 and half an episode and second half for vol 2 intro

I have read LN vols 1 and 2.
Tough i am not sure to understand what you are asking for.
If the adaptation in anime will be good?
Honestly they would normally not show as much violence as there is in the LN.
Some elements from the LN has been simplified in the Manga version already to show less violence.
So we may have an adaptation of at least the first 2 volumes but i expect a lighter anime version.
Because this LN is really serious stuff about the violence etc.
However i do not expect great results if the anime doesn't gives more backstory and character development than in the LN because i won't lie the background characters has 0 development so far in the LN
