It was hard to feel anything. Was too focused on keeping my lunch down from the art

So much potential, but the ending feel dry and empty. those three were wronged and each of their ending is bad and sad :( welp 7.5/10 nice for killing time

This was ok. I thought the ending was actually alright, but could have been better. I know where it was going for, but felt like the execution was so so. Still an enjoyable read.

I first started reading this story about 2 years ago then put it on hold when the translations stopped coming out for them on here. I recently checked it out again and saw that they translated the rest so I finished it.

All I gotta say is that it was a cool story, Miwako is somehow a likeable and an unlikeable character at the same time, Osamu had an unexpected last lil statement here ("I really hope you find a way to be alone forever, because you are a horrible person." Nice!), R.I.P. Tamaki I guess, Souichi really went through hell.... I mean he had a SHIT life until the very end and last but not least, I'm disappointed in how Miwako essentially got a new familiar at the end, basically creating the cycle all over again. Oh yeah and why was the city essentially a ghost town after 18 years?? Whatever, nice art, enjoyable story. 6.5-7/10.

That's a fitting ending. Hirota got his revenge by finally making Miwako feel genuine human emotion again - sadness and disappointment from being rejected by her own creation that she spent so much effort on. Subtle but massive own, and now she's doomed to have to try another "game". Can't help but think of Frankenstein, which is pretty much the complete opposite story.

Definitely started rushing things from the moment Chika turned. Probably had a few more years of plots given the other sisters.

I'm somewhat torn whether it was worth finishing this, I could have easily kept this on my "dropped" list but somehow I read through all of it.

MC got a bit of revenge, but the drawback is the vicious cycle will continue. 5.5/10.

Not sure whether this was just cheap melodrama or a well done psychological story. I think it had some elements of the latter but generally leaned into the former, particularly with Chika's plot. Oddly it sort of dropped the thread of Osamu's loss of humanity once it fulfilled its purpose in driving a wedge between him and Chika. The bit with the gymnasium jumped the shark a little. I can commend it for being consistent in that it embraced the necessary tragedy of the situation without reservations.

  • Miwako with a new hair cut, nice, but cant grow?
