The chained up in a basement and strangle thing felt like it didn't have to happen. I'd rather see them talk it out in that japanese style room and solve it that way. Now it just feels like it was extra drama added to the end and then "oh yay happy ending" Maybe that's just me.. But at least it worked out?

This is amazing. I spent my last 8 months refreshing this page mostly by mistake and all of a sudden it appears a whole block of new chapters, finishing the serie? Man. Just, thank you, you were amazing and if you're somewhere on the socials let me know so that I can follow what you do.

I know Nobunaga has the tendency to be a yandere, and at least we have a happy ending.
.
I don't really like how they just brush off the imprisonment and just moved on. But oh well the good thing is finally i can finish this manga after finding this series back when covid forced me to stayed at home the whole time...
Thank you for the mass update 🤧🤧

Yeah it feels forced, like an idea that author wanted to convey about Nobunaga's distrust and inner conflict but couldn't fit it in.

Luckily they decided not to drag it on and move on, though it does leave an awkward feeling.

There was a lot of domestic abuse from both sides in this manga. It felt really childish, but then again it was 1 child and one child tormented by memories of a murdered man. So ehh the cute moments where cute.

Thank you so much for the mass release TL!! I’ve always wanted to read this one to completion. You (all?) are amazing <3!!!!

I didn’t enjoy this manga, it definitely is not for me, but I’ll refrain from being a hater LOL

I agree that the imprisonment was a misstep. They could have had plenty enough drama using his reaction without the domestic violence and abuse.

That aside, thanks much for the TL!!! And very well done, too!!

Other than the imprisonment, another weird plot point they included was her attendant's feelings for her?? Especially after they showed us the parallel of Julietta and her Knight having reciprocated feelings for each other I thought it would go somewhere... I felt like I was being edged lol

Like I'll be first to say a love triangle isn't really needed here but the fact that they kept showing us her attendants pained expressions every time MC treats him nice and the Prince also realizing he might have feelings which is why they are hostile towards each other for no conclusion just felt weird to me... author wanted to do something with that but ran out of chapters?

felt like a sad attempt of giving readers 2nd ml syndrome since he barely made an impact tho

It was very meh, interesting premise but shit execution. The abuse was so unnecessary and so easily forgiven. The 400-year generation gap could've been explored more and it would've been interesting.

Yeah it starts out promising and Nobunaga/Eugene was funny, but it turns meh midway through. Quite lacking for an "I can fix him" romance since he didn't even change much if at all, even though I understand that the hook is how the romantic interest is the Nobunaga so changing him into a not Nobunaga would be counterproductive; still quite anti-climatic tbh.

Agreed with others the start was good and it went downhill from there.

They should've focused more on figuring out how to resolve his selfishness & utilitarianism as a plot point that conflicted with him marrying her.

The drugging, multiple strangling incidents and kidnapping is not something to be shrugged off (particularly since irl strangling a potential intimate partner is a serious "run away IMMEDIATELY" precursor that you should never ever stay with this person with an alarming amount of accuracy). It just made me question why FL wanted to stay with him.

For the attendant I was thinking perhaps the author would hint he'd find his own love but no it kinda just felt like his plotline was orphaned. (Also kind of a lot of time wasted on the dodgy flirty dude early on)

Shame too, her aid and the prince's attendant had a lot of scenes that felt like they were gonna hint towards better things for both.

Hopefully the next work this author makes will be more like put together and they can treat this as a learning experience.

Thanks for the tl!
