I did not expect to see this side of her, and what did she mean by "as long as get you to embrace me the reason doesn't matter" ? it seemed like she has special feeling for him and it wasn't just about breeding

I don't think that's her speaking at the end; that's him. Note the text says "with my female boss" at the top right. Presumably, the rest of the text on the page links to him. It'd be kind of odd to have it switch to her thoughts on the bottom half of the page.
