The original group that did this either used weekly or Chinese volume scans( at least that's what it looks like to me). This release uses a somewhat higher quality Japanese volume releases, and tries to have a more natural sounding/better translation, which the original group, respectfully, lacked at places

the website i read it on often had like chapters that look like someone did a bad printer scan that added whole shadows to pages.
also translation seems decent, which in some places in the original were questionable
