Just putting the info out there, but on pg. 2 "and her style is really on point" - if the word スタイル (style) in katakana was used in the raws, this actually means "figure" or "physique" since スタイル in Japanese is a wasei-eigo loanword that has a different meaning from the original English. If that's the case, they were complimenting Kamiya's sporty physique rather than her fashion sense (although Kamiya's fashion sense isn't bad either).

Not so sure about this, why'd they have to counsel like this and worry about whom to eat with. I'd say they're at least in different faculties or Neko wants Kamiya to grow more independent / confident.
My guess would be, that it's simply showing them still being friends staying in touch and helping each other though. Then again their meeting place looks like a uni's cafeteria so I can see where you're coming from.

Due to the nature of Japanese shipping, authors often leave such pairings open so that different people can enjoy it as they wish. For example, because of this you get a whole bunch of formally platonic all-male and all-female frienship power shoujo and shonens, thereby killing two birds with one stone. But of course, in the end it all depends on the desire of the author (for example, Ikuhara hated when it was combined with explicit yuri bait and considered it homophobic).
