I swear… The comic is way to cavalier about genocide. I hope that by the end of this, the humans and demons stop killing one another and learn to live in harmony with one another, learning to overcome their mutual traumas and cycles of violence, and thus learn to help one another instead of controlling/murdering one another.
I hope that I'm reading into the unspoken narrative of the story that will jump out last minute—I'd like to see the sources of their combined trauma be found & learn to reconcile instead of the violence continuing to repeat.
Otherwise, this comic is just way too real & tragic. Heh. In a way that readers may not be aware of or even supposed to see.
