I'm conflicted. I like Ran-- he's very considerate, and thinks things through. His cat-like appearance is very charming! Plus, he's not connected to Shio's ex-husband, which is probably healthier for her.
But then, there's also Gai--slightly confused, sweet, and impulsive. He's a guy who could get Shio caught up in his pace, and really serve as a catalyst of change for her life. It's obvious that he cares about Shio, though I'm honestly not sure how much of it is romantic/sexual love. I admire that he's started to take action, and I wish all the best for him!

Because Gai was introduced first, I feel that he will ultimately be by Shio's side...which will make me sad for Ran. Honestly, I'll feel a little bittersweet no matter which one becomes her significant other, because I like both of them. (Well, unless she gets back with her ex. Then I'll be very miffed. What did she see in him, anyway? His scumbag free-spiritedness?)

Lastly, thank you for the daily releases, dayment ! I'm doing my best not to expect them, but it's difficult now that the streak has gone on for so long (lol). I'm still grateful and excited every time I see the update, though!

Ran's growing on me,,, i usually like the younger, puppy type characters like gai but i think ran is a better match with shio. Though i kinda get the feeling ran is pretty free spirited, not the type to be tied down.

I really want her to end up with Ran, I feel like it will be Gai in the end but I can hope
