This chapter is simply genius, we go trough life like shijima looking for water in the moon where water evaporates and the only way we can find it is in the form of a fish. Fish represents death, water represents life, the structure of the fish, death, gives water, life, existence.
We live in a universe where our existence is something strange, we exist in a universe that want us to not exist, life defies entropy.
A structure raises meaning out of what otherwise is meaningless, individual bits of information are meaningless, but give them structure and they mean something.
Chaos and order...
Please visit this site and go to the chapter IV or jump to 19:10 if you'd rather listen, only Alan Watts can articulate this idea coherently.
