It's infuriating, people should understand there are 2 kinds of powers besides shiho's super hearing and they influence everything in this world :

The protagonist power: everything happens in your favor and people like you for no reason, it can be either positive or negative to others depending on the nature of who has it, both shiho and ryoma have this power, with ryoma the story usually calls it "poison" to others like the three harem girls, while shiho's has a healing quality, it's effects are always involuntary.

The author power: let's you see everything as a story unraveling before you and shows you possible scenarios, if you have a weak and passive mind, those scenarios will overcome you, but if you're strong, you can use this power to change the story to your liking, kotaro and Mary Parker (best psycho girl from future chapters) have this power, even library friend used to have it before ryoma turned her into a bimbo gyaru.

Also... If people should get mad at anyone once the story moves forward, they should get mad at Mc, he will do some stuff that's really dumb and infuriating in future volumes...

The protagonist power is based on confidence, that's why once ryoma feels defeated in later volumes, the least affected girls just wake up and forget about him (his harem technically has dozens of girls including senpai and the school nurse at some point) shiho is too shy to actually use that power at it's fullest except for a few situations like at the end of vol 2 of the novels (epic showdown, hopefully it Wil be on the Manga) and when she uses it it has more of a healing quality, if we consider kotaro's mob feeling as part of ryoma's influence too, shiho cures him and let's out the real kotaro's at the end of the story, she heals Azusa too after... Well, it will happen in the next few chapters.
