One thing that kinda bothers me with the setup is that the harem protagonist character is handsome, fit and confident, and the MC's like "he's the classic harem romcom protagonist!". But that isn't really true, shounen harem MCs tend to be more mob-like. It's pretty rare with ikemen harem MCs.
