He's disgraced nobility. That's why he wanted to force Ruti to marry him in the first place - so he could use her to rebuild his house and name.

It's very likely that, once they hear about everything that went down (properly sanitized to keep the fact that Ruti doesn't want to be a hero anymore a secret), the rest of the nobility are gonna be like, "Huh. I don't think that San is the spider number, but the actual honorific San included in his name.

In English you could translate it as "Mr Ugeuge" with Mr as part of his actual name and not his title.
