This is officially the worst Magic School I've ever read about. Even Hogwarts didn't kill students during the first day. Why the hell wouldn't you just have an off switch for the simulation that just turns it off?

It does have an off switch, and they tried to use it. Problem is that magic Skynet ignored kill switch and went rogue.... for reasons.

If magic SkyNet still has magic after they pull the kill switch then that mean it was an actually a kill switch. A kill switch in real life completely disconnects the circuit from electricity. That would be like saying that a computer program decided to just keep going after you unplugged the PC. What's they tried to do was shut down the simulation instead of just pulling the plug.

Okay, fine. It was not a kill switch, but an off switch. Still, you were complaining about them not having an off switch, and I pointed out they did have an off switch and tried using it over and over again, but it didn't work.
