Nope. Him lying on the grass and meeting his Sensei, is in the distant future, after reuniting with Arcueid.

It is shown as a Memory/Flashback in response to Sensei's worry for him.
Shiki even says everythting will be alright, because both of them are alive and well together.

He then proceeds to walk back to Arc.
The last Panels show the end to that Memory of his, which was him and her, finally starting to live together.
