This manga really does go way too deep about shit that nobody cares about huh. One whole chapter about them not agreeing the flank maneuver, one whole chapter about dropping formalities.

A "Laptop" you can't put on your lap using pc parts? Isn't that just PC with extra steps?
Well, you can put it on your Lap, just not gonna be particularly comfortable.
Im more or less building this thing as a Mobile PC, so that when I'm away from home for a week or 2, I have a good PC that I can transport without having to worry about stuffing the GPU pillow thing in there, and so on, and that I can just put down somewhere, and it works with just a power cable and a mouse.
(Also yes this thing will not have a battery, it has a maximum power draw of around 400 watts, I'd need a car battery or something)
So why don't I just buy a Laptop?
I just don't like the way Laptop Manufacturers go about things.
Soldering everything making stuff non-replaceable, just so it can be ultra thin, power limiting components to the extreme, yet declaring that absolutely nowhere, etc.
And, I guess, also for the cool factor.
I am planning on taking this thing to school for a day when I'm done (Berufsschule in Germany, idk exactly what that is in English, job related school you go to during an apprenticeship).
Just gonna wait for the teacher to ask like "Why the Hell did you bring a giant case in here", and I can just go "Oh, that's just my laptop".

In that case, pls fix ch numbering to the common convention, so this one should be 55.1 (ch55, 1st subch).

Also, pg20 has empty text bubble (Adam’s reply to the order is missing), and that i wanna see that PC build when you’re done. That looks sick, and i always dreamt of making a portable pc suitcase as well, a la the 80s laptops.
Noted, will fix that bubble later when I'm back home, gonna be in a good 11-ish hours.
And about the PC, I think I'm either gonna make a YouTube video about it or some lengthy post on some forum, maybe LTT forums or Reddit, or both.

Not enough cables. Jokes aside, hiding all that long cables is going to be a pain later on.

It could be worse. I'm currently retrofitting an HP Prodesk so it can support a full length GPU and with how OEMs nowadays, you really need to do some extremes if you want to slap something powerful on those PCs.

Thanks for the clarification. That is pretty much what I thought you were doing.

Do wish they made thick notebook computers. Last couple times I bought one, every single model was bragging about how thin they were, and as a power user it was like looking at them brag about how much they sucked.

Hope your project works out well. I wouldn't want to deal with that moving through a TSA line.

You still need to fix the ch54 numbering btw to 54.1 & 54.2 instead of 54 &54.1.

Respect for the PC plan! I used to dream about getting one like that but never had the budget for it, and now I no longer travel so have no use for one.
