"Koenig Empire"
Koenig, or König, is a German term. This is clearly inspired by the German Empire, which was formed from smaller states in the late 19th century.

I always thought that Dhala was based on the German Empire but I started having the same line of thought as this when Koenig was being introduced. Now I'm starting to believe that Dhala is based more off of the Austo-Hungarian Empire. Even their uniforms look closer to what the Austo-Hungarians wore instead of what the Germans were supplied with.

Dharani is a Buddhist thing. Shakuntala is a Sanskrit name. Panta is an Indian city. Rahu is a Hindu “deity” (it’s complicated), Albion is the poetic name of England, that other country is another name for Japan (so it was weird when the Japanese mc did not recognize it or pass a comment on it) etc.
