It doesn't make him a bad person. All these girls are doing it out of their own interest and free will. They come to him and he's making sure he finds them a good store that won't take advantage of them.

She didn't stop her from doing prostitution she saved her from being killed or worse (if you recall the girl in the first few chapters who was sold to the Yakuza). She spent all the money she had to pay off their family debt and AV pays the best.
