The empire's name is not too egregious but why would you use title a with another title that mean the same thing. I don't think the author knows what Kaiser means.

It's pretty tame all things considered and four is a pretty healthy number. I like that he doesn't marry ALL of the people in his harem and only does the ones he definitely "loves" so to speak. Historically speaking, for a Hero/Adventurer of this importance, having four lovers is pretty conservative all things considered

@Halfshadows Well, Sahara is derived from the word for, desert, ṣaḥra, and there's a place called the Sahara Desert, which is kind of the same thing. I think people just think Kaiser sounds cool, or maybe the author is using it as a kind of joke, a few series do similar types of things.
