Broughton, the orc, is named after the dude who first standardised boxing in the 18th century, his face (dunno how intentional it was) resembles Bas Rutten who was the king of Pancrase (an early mma organization in japan, mostly housed catch wrestlers and dutch kick boxers, also named after pankration the ancient greek mma olympic sport), and that sorta works with how broughton's arc was a fighting tournament in an arena. With a belt as the final reward. (Should be noted that the guy who codified boxing also has a portrait of soft features but is bald so yk, could also be that)

If this a H-manga with NTR plot, the doctor might use this opportunity to plant something inside her to make use of her later or maybe slowly change her memory and replace Rick with himself to gain trust and support of her later or outright mind control her to do his bidding.

Yeah same. They set up the ring, so they better as hell fire this gun. Also I was hoping more of just her and Rick. But oh well. Backstory is always good. But this arc was really short.

I hope his project it isn't to transform her into a dragon when time is right... like when she become very strong and ending to become his strongest dragon. That would end as a big plot twist with Rick having to face her loved and try turn her back.
