She was planning to help before with the other collectors and would share the spoils with them so she wouldnt be paid an amount that justifies the effort, that not counting the fact that If they dont kill the bears in Certain ways It could Damage their materials
And also "If the plan succeed" so its a High risk High reward that could lead to the issue i pointed, im pretty sure you still pay a doctor even If someone dies after surgery, which is not her case here
