It's a pretty lazy method but if it work it works. And, personally, I'm barely lazy enough to crimp anyways.

I love making my own dumpling filling and wrapping them. I've made so many that I've gotten pretty good at crimping them too. Still suck at eyeballing the amount of filling though so I end up with very fat dumplings
